Yu Yang Private Tours provides private tour guide services, transportation, and accommodation arrangements in California. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Booking and Payment
- A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking
- Full payment is due upon completion of services
- We accept major credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, WeChat Pay, Alipay, and cash
4. Cancellation Policy
- 7+ days before: Full refund
- 3-7 days before: 70% refund
- Within 3 days: 50% refund
- Same day or no-show: No refund
5. Liability
While we take all reasonable precautions for your safety, Yu Yang Private Tours is not liable for:
- Personal injury or property damage not caused by our negligence
- Delays or changes due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control
- Loss of personal belongings
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
- Arrive on time for scheduled pickups
- Treat our staff and vehicle with respect
- Follow all safety instructions
- Comply with local laws and regulations
